The management and all who work at Construction Muzzy Ltd are committed to the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution. Our Company is further committed to ensuring that all its activities are carried out in compliance with the relevant environmental legislation and non-legal compliance obligations. Construction Muzzy Limited seeks to minimise waste arising, promote recycling, reduce energy consumption, reduce harmful emissions, where possible to work with suppliers who themselves have sound environmental policies. It is our policy to do all that that is reasonably practicable to:

 

Reduce the level of energy consumption and obtain utility and hardware supplies from friendly environmentally organisations and those who use renewable energy sources. Recycle equipment, waste products, redundant items  and reduce the consumption of consumables. Use, store, control and dispose of hazardous materials in line wit the best environmental practices.

An essential feature of the environmental management system is a commitment to continual improvement of environmental performance. This is achieved by setting annual environmental improvement objectives and targets which are regularly monitored and reviewed. The objectives and targets are publicised throughout the organisation and all staff is committed to their achievement. To ensure the achievement of the above commitments, our company has implemented an environmental management system that satisfies the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and we are committed to its continual improvement.

 

All employees, suppliers, and subcontractors working on behalf of the organisation are asked to cooperate following the policy, obligations, and responsibilities required by the environmental management system to make a positive contribution to environmental protection by making themselves aware of the firm’s environmental policy and complying with the control measures in place. This Policy is available to the public on request and will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continuing suitability.
