We deliver creative & cost-efficient solutions that are responsive to each site conditions.
Piled Ground Floor Slabs (PGFS)
With this new and unique technique of Piled Ground Floor Slabs (PGFS), the benefits are highly noticeable. Either with a ground bearing slab or a voided slab this technique can be built on driven piles, displacement piles, bored or other piles building systems.
The benefits of this building technique are endless:
More than 50% faster than any other method used before.
Lower costs by reducing the need of excavations, piling mat, prelims and the supervision that you will need to do the works mentioned above.
This method is safer and environmentally friendly because it requires less concrete, less spoil removal and less moving of plants and cars in the building site.
Building in Flood Risky Areas
This technique consists in building structures in high risks flood areas. We create a void between the ground floor slab and the ground level so the potential water flows can stay under the ground floor slab. We apply a wide range of pile building techniques, this depends on the ground conditions.
This method like all the Piled Raft Foundations methods has a lot advantages like low costs, faster delivery of the project, less environmental damage and safer than all traditional methods.

Building close to Tree Root Protection areas
This methods allows to increase the use of the area in your building site. With our special techniques we make sure that all the building process is in compliance with arboriculturists tree hazard prevention methods. First we identify the presence of any root that may be encountered during the piling process. For this we use hand augering equipments and air spades. If we find any root, we review the design and make sure to update it in accordance to not damage the tree roots. We use light weight piling rigs to prevent any damage of the tree roots. We make sure to prevent any concrete leaching during the pouring of concrete slab to keep a safe environment.
Strip foundations (or strip footings) are a type of shallow foundation that are used to provide a continuous, level (or sometimes stepped) strip of support to linear structure such as a wall or closely-spaced rows of columns built centrally above them.
They are particularly suited to light structural loadings such as those found in many low-rise or medium-rise domestic buildings - where mass concrete strip foundations can be used. In other situations, reinforced concrete may be required.
Beams & Blocks
Beams & blocks is a construction method to support flooring, especially for ground floors as well as multi storey buildings. It is made of cast concrete, one piece of which is a prestressed concrete Beam which can be inverted T-shape beam, or lintel, the other piece being a simple rectangular block. The blocks are placed at regular intervals and the beams placed between them to form a connection between each block section. They form a support for the next layer of flooring materials.
