Trainings

The success of every project is determined by the team who is responsible for its completion and it is our belief that close training and supervision of our workforce is paramount. We aim to employ a highly skilled, experienced and committed workforce who we continually train, develop and coach to comply with our required standards. All site personnel are fully CSCS / CPCS qualified, Site Supervisors are SSSTS / SMTS card holders and have attended a 3-day 1st Aid course. It is company policy to continually assess training needs to either train staff in-house using experienced personnel or send staff on appropriate training courses. All staff are encouraged to develop to their full potential.
